Returning your cards by Royal Mail is the best way we advise returning our cards. But there are a couple of very important things to remember...

Pack your items in a protective jiffy or box

Protecting the items correctly can avoid damage, damaged cards can be very costly to the sender

Make Sure You Use the Correct Service

Special Delivery Next Day is the specific service to use, not only does this (usually) guarantee next day delivery by 1pm but automatically insures your package for £500 and gives you a tracking number so you can see where your package has been and when it arrived

Please note:

Please do not send on a Pre 9am service as we will not be here to sign for the item and it will be delayed coming back to us which may end up costing you extra hire days.

Check that You Have Paid Sufficient Insurance Cover

The value of the cards we provide is usually high and in order to protect yourself against items getting lost in the post you can add insurance value up to £2500.00 for just a few extra pounds, this may not be the full value of the package but at least it will help if you have to make a claim against lost items.

A Signature is Needed to Prove Delivery

This service will also provide you with a proof of delivery signature so you are able to track down who signed for your package, we are in the office from 9am-6pm so we'll always be around to sign for the package.
